In collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), being an Production data Analyst at Innovair Solutions means analyzing requirements related to the production ERP module. The job involves identifying, defining, analyzing and documenting the needs of the production module of the manufacturing management system. Once the analysis is complete, the incumbent will work in collaboration with the other analysts to deliver ERP implementation and improvement projects on schedule.
Your responsibilities :
- Play an active super-user role in a multi-site ERP implementation project team;
- Identify, analyze and understand manufacturing business needs (site by site), diagnose and make recommendations to the project team;
- Configure ERP system, design and model manufacturing processes;
- Promote ERP best practices and functionalities in collaboration with site operational teams;
- Act as the ERP technical expert for the production module and ensure that deliverables are met;
- Participate in workshops to optimize and standardize ERP processes with the project team and/or consultants and site operational teams;
- Act as a positive leader and change agent with employees and project stakeholders;
- Understand user requirements and provide training.
Your profile:
- Hold a degree in engineering, administration, IT, manufacturing management or any other relevant field;
- 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Be familiar with a variety of manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures;
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, an asset);
- Practical experience in ERP system configuration related to the production module;
- Be available for occasional travel (Canada/USA);
- Effective oral and written communication skills (English-French);
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Have good teamwork skills and be rigorous.
