As a result of continuing growth our sales force will be expanding. We are seeking creative, resourceful, results driven sales professionals with an entrepreneurial perspective to take ownership of prime territories, manage a diverse industrial range of customers and channels and who have potential to be Senior Account Managers and /or assume management roles in the future.
The ideal candidates will have
- An Engineering degree or diploma.
- Minumum three years outside technical sales experience.
- The combination of skills, drive and talent to meet and exceed today’s requirements and be eligible for future career opportunities.
- Experience in industrial controls an asset.
- The ability to maintain and further develop the existing customer base as well as target and convert new customers.
- A track record of business development and closing new business.
- The ability to develop relationships with new and existing customers and drive value added custom solutions.
- The skills to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment and work closely with Marketing and Product Management.
- Active involvement in industry related associations and events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
