Job Summary
The Technical Sales Support role will be a core member of our Inside Technical Team. This position will primarily be responsible for all aspects of our customer’s buying experience including sales, support, quotations, order processing and services. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrates behaviour consistent with our core values and supports our strategic plan.
Location
The position will be based at our Windsor branch.
Job Duties & Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
Support corporate sales team (all branches) with technical and specialist side of business.
ERP Quote Generation/Order Processing/Vendor PO Creation/Returns (RMA) as needed to provide excellent customer experience
Same Day acknowledgement and response to customer’s requests including product selection, pricing, availability and all customer service-related inquiries
Clear closed loop communication back to all involved parties upon completion of tasks
Assist and support the co-ordination of special events and promotions.
Assist in identifying sales opportunities within the assigned geographical area.
Utilize CRM to Create, Track and Follow up on cases/opportunities/quotes/proposals with customers and actively seek feedback that will lead to a successful outcome.
Promote and represent Electrozad Supply through the local business community and industry associations when required
Promote positive relations with customers and vendors.
Other duties as required by the organization.
Support Order Logistic coordination with applicable departments (ie Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Billing), to ensure synchronized execution of complex ARR, Solution’s bundling.
Minimum Qualifications:
Post-secondary education from a technical program (Electrical, Mechanical discipline) or equivalent experience.
Previous inside and/or outside sales experience in the electrical industry would be an asset
Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, and Automation hardware/software products
Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders.
Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and respect.
Ability to set and attain goals clearly and effectively.
Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive business information.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong computer skills, including ability to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
