The Role:
The Manager, Human Resources - People & Culture provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight for the development, implementation, and evaluation of human capital programs, processes and strategies to promote alignment between human resources, organizational strategy and objectives, all combined with day to day execution. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, effective relationship building, sense of ownership and accountability, as well as solid business acumen.
