We currently have an outstanding opportunity in our Edmonton, Alberta location for a highly motivated team player as a Warehouse Associate.  The Warehouse Associate is responsible for organizing the daily workload, making sure pertinent orders are completed in a timely matter (including cutting and picking of sales orders), noting any discrepancies and advising the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor and helping in maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment.

What Your Day May Look Like:

Ensure orders are correctly picked and cut.
Report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.
Adhere to final inspection and shipping procedures.
Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe situations to Manager or Supervisor
Participate in inventory preparation and completion of company inventory counts.
Act as necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment for self and others.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What You Will Need to Succeed:

Two (2) years broad warehouse/distribution experience or a combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
Ability to load and unload materials.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, bend, squat and stand.
Ability to manage an inventory system.
Must be able to operate a forklift.
Be aware of your surroundings including mental, physical, visual and environment conditions.

Position Overview
Heat-Line is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Electrical Market to support the company’s growing presence within Canada’s electrical wholesale and contractor channels. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inquiries from electrical wholesalers, contractors, and representative partners, ensuring professional and accurate communication.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage follow-up to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with external representatives and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, pricing, and account activities within the CRM system.
Support preparation and distribution of sales materials, technical documentation, and price lists.
Assist customers with basic product selection, specifications, and application inquiries (training provided).
Work collaboratively with the Technical Support team to ensure consistent service quality.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge initiatives as required.
Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account coordination, preferably within the electrical wholesale or construction supply industries.
Familiarity with Canadian electrical distributor networks (e.g., AD, EFC member groups) is an asset.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Comfort interpreting basic technical information or drawings related to electrical or mechanical systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems (NetSuite experience an asset).
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.

About the Role:
As a Process Instrumentation, Automation, and Controls Business Developer, you will promote our Process Instrumentation, Automation, and Control products to our current customers and propose solutions to new customers. You’ll engage with end users, OEMs, system integrators, consulting engineers, and our branch network to ensure that our Process Automation product solutions are well represented and supported.
What to expect in the role

Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new and existing customers. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales of technical products.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support, identify customer needs, and ensure positive experiences. Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers and offer technical support.

Ideal candidate profile

Diploma or degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience in the technical industry (Process Instrumentation, Automation, and Control).
