Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager – Projects and Quotations to lead and optimize our quotation processes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for aligning quotation activities with sales and marketing strategies while mentoring your team to provide precise and timely cost estimates.
You will work closely with sales professionals to enhance customer engagement, improve quotation accuracy, and ensure swift turnaround times. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, industry channels, and Distributor Partners will be key to driving sales growth and increasing market share.
By assessing customer needs, analyzing competitor strategies, and staying informed on market trends, you will develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales performance and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an efficient quotation system.
Build and strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners to enhance sales volume and customer service.
Plan, direct, and manage the quotation team to ensure coverage meets customer demands.
Stay informed on competitors' products, strategies, pricing, and industry positioning.
Create and execute strategic plans for quotation initiatives and major project support.
Analyze, support, and continuously improve quotation systems and processes.
Effectively communicate customer needs within the organization.
Identify opportunities and projects, coordinating necessary resources to deliver optimal solutions.
Uphold Liteline’s policies and values in all job functions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:Strong knowledge of Electrical Lighting industry.
Experience:5-7 years in electrical quotation sales; background in Sales within the Electrical Industry and Leadership experience is essential.
Problem-Solving:Adept at navigating ambiguity and overcoming challenges.
Sales Expertise:Deep understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
Leadership:Proven ability to motivate, lead, and work within a team.
Communication:Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Analytical Skills:Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
Customer Focus:Expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
