Data and Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Data and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the overall product and customer data management process at Leviton Canada. These responsibilities include but not limited to, a product information database (future PIM system), and the inclusion, compliance, and distribution of the product information itself. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining the customer master database.
Main Responsibilities
• Map and collect all sources of product information into one single database (future PIM project)
• Update and maintain the customer master database (Oracle based)
• Contribute to the day-to-day maintenance of the databases
• Continuous improvement of database maintenance processes and structures
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure on-time delivery of assets, copy and data elements based on their needs
• Create a plan for product and customer data base clean-up efforts to maintain data accuracy and integrity
• Source supplemental relevant product copy (English and French) and additional product imagery as needed
• Be a lead on data integrity on all Leviton Canada sites (web, b2b, customer portals)
Success factors
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business or equivalent degree
• Expertise and advanced experience with Excel required
• Minimum of 1 year of practical PIM experience – an asset
• Minimum 1 year experience modeling data, and defining workflows – an asset
• Understanding of API and CMS integrations from data sources or PIMs – an asset
• Excellent communication skills (English & French)
