Job Summary

Manages major accounts by building strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer success. Coordinates account strategies, benchmarks performance metrics, and defines key business objectives to maximize profitability. Advises with managers to develop tactical and operational plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure quality and consistency in account management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adjusts regional sales strategies to align with organizational objectives and respond to market dynamics.
  • Develops tactical and operational plans to drive regional growth, meet revenue targets, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manages regional sales teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with key business goals.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements in all regional sales activities.
  • Benchmarks regional sales performance against industry standards and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and achieve regional objectives.
  • Defines and communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional teams, ensuring consistent tracking and achievement of sales targets.
  • Hires and develops talent, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the regional sales organization.
  • Contributes to organizational strategy by providing insights on regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience: 8-11 Years

Preferred Education & Experience

Minimum Education Level: Master’s degree

Years of Experience: 12-14 Years
