Quotations Specialist

Jebco has an immediate opening for a Quotations Specialist based in our Winnipeg office.

Role Summary
Quotations specialist is a key member of the team, responsible for developing customer quotations and following the project through to completion. This role requires collaboration with our distributor and Manufacturer partners. Following up and providing feedback to our partners is critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify projects for bid and prepare detailed material BOM’s.
• Communicate with consultants, customers, and suppliers to obtain approvals, confirm specifications, and finalize bills of material.
• Prepare material take‑offs and coordinate information required for final quotation submissions.
• Resolving bidding issues, following up on open quotations, and ensuring accuracy.
• Identify potential sales opportunities within the existing customer base. Communication with leads to sales team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Post Secondary education is preferred.
• Electrical knowledge of product lines and basic electricity understanding.
• Proven negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to read specifications and blueprints; strong computer proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually based on experience, and qualifications.
