We are looking for a Sales Representative for our Montreal head office.

Role
Under the responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager and his / her assistant, the Sales Representative shall perform the duties related to customer service.
He will serve established or potential clients who contact us by phone or in person, with professionalism and enthusiasm, allowing us to earn their business and loyalty.


Principal responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer requests with eagerness and cordiality, while attempting to increase our sales and profits;
  • Place orders quickly;
  • Suggest alternatives and additions to their orders to customers if necessary;
  • Submit new applications and follow up.

Position Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in the sales of electrical products;
  • Punctuality and autonomy;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Courtesy and diplomacy.
