Administrative Coordinator – Business Sections

Excellent opportunity to join Electro Federation Canada’s business section team to assist with meetings management and minutes, catering and staging for meetings, maintenance of meeting tracking tools and the CRM database, and various support duties as required on projects and task groups.  The candidate will report to the Business Section Manager.

The Role

  • Managing meeting invitations, scheduling and dissemination
  • Recording of minutes, actionable items and voting results
  • Maintenance of various tracking tools and committee lists
  • CRM updates and maintenance
  • Coordinating web updates on business section members and activities
  • Catering and staging for meetings
  • Assist with meeting presentations and documentation
