Shipper/Receiver/Driver

Oscan Electrical Supplies is hiring in our busy Peterborough location.  We need full time warehouse help from Monday to Friday during the day.

Job Description:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Inspecting and verifying incoming goods
• Picking and helping load outgoing goods
• Prepare waybills and maintain computer records
• Restock inventory as required
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean work area
• Drive the delivery van as needed
• Various other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience would be an asset
• Forklift training would be an asset
• Electrical industry experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of electrical products and their applications would be an asset
• Self motivated with a willingness to learn
• Professional, responsible and reliable
• Ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
• Experience with computer systems
• Strong communication skills
• Physically able to do some light to heavy lifting and be on your feet for long periods
• Desire to provide excellent customer service
• High School Diploma required and some post secondary education would be an asset
• Must be at least 25 and have a clean driving record for insurance purposes
• Fully vaccinated preferred
