We currently have an outstanding opportunity in our Richmond location for a Credit Administrator to join our credit team! As a valuable member of our team, you will play a key role in assisting the Credit Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtain Equifax reports for new and/or updated.
  • Process credit applications and scan into the Credit Cloud, notify Sales Representatives and Managers of new accounts.
  • Reconcile and prepare tax and freight adjustments for customers.
  • Releasing sales orders from credit hold.
  • Detail all direct/EFT deposits daily.
  • Process credit card payments and email customer receipts.
  • Code and scan daily cheque deposits.
  • Scan account documents required in files/Credit Cloud.
  • Email invoices, statements, sales orders, packing slips as required by customers or Sales Representatives.
  • Fax or email daily credit notes to customers.
  • Updating ECommerce accounts and transferring to Ecomm folder in credit cloud.
  • Manage Credit phone calls for payments/requests etc.
  • Provide weekly unapplied cash report for reconcilliation.
  • Collections for assigned branches (following successful completion of probationary period).
  • Other duties as required by the credit team.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Highschool Diploma.
  • Experience in Credit/cash considered an asset.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Time management.
  • Ability to organize work, set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
