Bilingual Sales Support Specialist

Founded in 1979, Liteline Corporation is Canada’s leading and largest privately held lighting manufacturer. We specialize in LED lighting for North American residential and commercial markets. More specifically, we manufacture complete lines for architectural lighting, hospitality and retail verticals, office and commercial space, high rise residentials and more. Located in the vicinity of the high-tech hub in the Greater Toronto Area, Liteline operates a 160,000 sq. ft. office, manufacturing, and warehouse distribution facility. With over 130 employees, Liteline is poised for strategic growth for years to come!

 

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager and supported by a dedicated team of customer care professionals, the Bilingual Sales Support Specialist, will be responsible for:

 

  • Addressing queries, complaints, and recommendations furnished by customers.
  • Performing order entry and reverse entry processes
  • Responding to and resolving customer requests including processing orders, requests for pricing, product availability, delivery, billing questions as well as returns and cancellations
  • Emphasizing products features and benefits
  • Collaborating with the Sales, Warehouse and Production teams to meet project deliverables
  • Offering outstanding customer service in a client service environment
  • Managing a high level of inbound calls and online inquiries from current and potential customers while maintaining a high level of customer care and professionalism at all times
  • Investigating and troubleshoot customer service issues via telephone or email
  • Performing other duties assigned

Here is what you need to join the team:

  • Post secondary education
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service preferably within Logistics or Supply Chain industry or equivalent service experience in a service-oriented function
  • Must be fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about lighting technology and applications
  • Computer experience PC/on-line system; technical aptitude for computer programs, including inventory management and MS Office applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills via in-person, phone, or chat
  • Can multi-task with the best of them and are focused on exceeding customer expectations
  • Patience when handling difficult cases
  • Strong relational and influential skills, independent judgement, and ability to solve problems, positive attitude, and ability to prioritize your work
  • Willingness to learn and able to adapt to a fast paced/changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate with others with open mind, understanding, and objectively; and to resolve conflicts and proffer solutions to day-to-day challenges of the work
