We currently have an outstanding opportunity in our Edmonton, Alberta location for an initiative-taking collaborator as a Branch Administrator.

Job Description:

• Answer phones.
• Greet suppliers/customers when required.
• Coordinate and execute sales mailings/literature.
• Review and enter daily receiving.
• Review and enter sales orders daily (ship verify).
• Prepare invoice reports for corporate review.
• Control backorders.
• Enter stock transfers.
• Review and enter inventory discrepancies within approval limits.
• Add freight charges to sales orders.
• Co-ordinate branch mailings.
• Assist Regional Managers where required.
• Other tasks according to the approved procedures and work instructions.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• 1-2 years in similar role/position
• Exposure to Rubicon (or other ERP) or willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate judgement, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers.
• Great to have enthusiasm, a cheerful outlook and the ability to perform as a team player.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills, adaptable and with problem-solving capabilities.
