We currently have an outstanding opportunity in our Richmond location for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team! As a valuable member of our team, you will play an important role in managing payments, applying adjustments, monitoring un-applied receipts and accurately posting cash receipts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Depositing and entering Cash Receipts into ERP system.
Reconciling customer accounts.
Preparing daily bank reconciliation with various bank accounts.
Preparing credit card reconciliation, charging and posting.
Preparing General journals for review.
Prepare Sales reports and A/R report for month-end review.
Complete monthly statement processes
Cross-training and assisting with other accounting functions, as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Highschool diploma.
Experience in Cash application and/or A/R related duties is an asset.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
Good organization and time management.
Ability to organize work, set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication.
Must be flexible and adaptable.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
