As the Business Development Trainee, you will be reporting to the Area Manager. You will be brought in to learn the business starting from the warehouse and moving to other areas of the business such as Counter Sales, Inside Sales & Outside sales. As part of the training you will also be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career into sales, doesn’t shy away from call planning and activity, is excited by a fast-paced environment and the chance to offer flexible customizable solutions in a high-demand sector.
