Project Coordinator | OMNILUMEN TECHNICAL PRODUCTS

Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

Specific Skills Required:

• Order entry and coordination between customers and manufacturers.
• Compile and manage submittal packages.
• Manage project releases to stay in line with delivery schedules.
• Manage change notices and addendums.
• Coordinate with other Project Managers and quotes team as required to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in project/agency management software (e.g. Oasis) would be an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of lighting industry standards and practices is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
