Aztec Electrical Supply is the most dynamic, fastest growing electrical and automation supplier in Canada. First opened in 2003 with the goal of filling the service gaps within the electrical distribution industry, Aztec’s five branches specialize in supplying quality automation and electrical products to electrical contractors, manufacturing plants, O.E.M.s and custom machine builders throughout Canada. Our comprehensive inventory includes electrical products for breakdowns and emergencies, as well as everyday contractor and MRO requirements.

What do we do?

We also work closely with our partners to source specialty products that may be required for major projects. Our primary focus is to provide electrical contractors, manufacturing facilities and machine builders with a single source for the sales and support of all electrical controls and automation components.

Job Description

In Technical Inside Sales you will use your electrical expertise to:

• Assist customers, by phone, email or in person to troubleshoot issues, order new and replacement parts and process rush orders.
• Act as a main point of contact between the outside sales team, customers and the warehouse to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
• Actively partake in company and vendor training and seek opportunities to learn as much as possible about the products we source and sell.
• Assist in warehouse as required.

Job Requirements

• Post secondary education in electrical or electronics field, with some emphasis on control or automation
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Assertive & motivated by tight deadlines
