The company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for its Quebec city branch. .
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for quotations for this line of business. The person will serve existing and prospective clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
The main responsibilities for this position are:
- Prepare and follow-up on quotes quickly and efficiently;
- Offer support to the project department;
- Respond to price inquiries and provide technical information;
- Respond to quotes and provide technical documentation or information;
- Place orders directly to our suppliers, as requires;
- Negotiate prices when necessary, based on pre-established scales;
- Maintain and promote good relationships with our client partners;
- Promptly resolve client issues;
- Participate in team meetings;
- Identify and proactively implement opportunities for process improvement.
The main requirements for this position are:
- 1 year experience;
- Sales skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate;
- Fluency in French, English is an asset;
- Knowledge of electrical products, an asset;
- DVS in electricity, an asset.
